Sports Corner Rant - Teams I Support
People often ask me what teams I like, then they get confused and possibly regret asking. Since my answer is less than straightforward. I really don't have one team that I like and I like all of them equally. However, the reason I like these teams is simple. Memories of where the home team was and currently is. This idea came into my mind over the past few years. I used to be strictly a San Diego teams fan. yet that has shifted because two things happened. The first was the realization that the San Diego Padres have seemingly become no more than a AAA team in the major leagues. I love them to death but the chances of them having a winning season and seeing a world series championship are astronomically high against them. It is even laughable to think about how bad they do year after year. Yet I have so many memories of San Diego and the Padres that I will never let them go.
